Für das kommende Jahr plant die Regierung einen zweiten Schritt. Sie will mit der Mineralölwirtschaft über einen Spritpreisdeckel verhandeln. Spätestens zum 1. Januar 2027 soll dieser Deckel gelten. Vorbilder sind Luxemburg und Belgien. Außerdem bereitet der Bund einen Weg vor, um Haushalten mit kleinem Einkommen später direkt Geld auszuzahlen.
